We have over two decades worth of experience in the nutraceutical industry, as well as being staffed with a group of professionals having numerous years in the related health care, nutrition, and science industries.

QOL Labs® strives to be a leader in producing high quality nutritional supplements, while providing our clients with a high level of expertise. Exceptional customer service, coupled with the monitoring of the latest human research, is part of our commitment in helping our client partners develop and build a successful business.
Where are your products manufactured?
QOL Labs® product line is produced in our 250,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in New York. This manufacturing facility is a highly-controlled GMP facility that is inspected on a daily basis and abides by all quality control standards of quality, purity, and efficacy.
I’m a licensed health care practitioner. How do I order QOL Labs® products?
If you are a licensed health care practitioner who would like to offer your patients QOL Labs® supplements, click the link here: Sign Up. We require an active state license in your name (e.g., DC, ND, MD, DO, RN, LAc, NP) or a credential/ degree from a nutrition-based college. Wholesale pricing is made available once we’ve authorized your account, which includes confirming your licensure status. This typically occurs within 1 business day.
Do you offer a discount for health care practitioners?
Yes. We have professional wholesale pricing for health care providers.
I’m a patient. How do I order QOL Labs®products?
For direct-to-patient ordering, click “Sign In” located in the top right corner. Then, near the bottom of the page, click New User? Sign Up. Fill out the following form to complete your registration. Our formulas are exclusively available through registered QOL Labs® practitioners. In order to register an account, you will need a practitioner code – which can be obtained from your QOL Labs® registered health care practitioner. As a patient, you’re required to have this unique referral code to register and order. If you’re actively looking for our QOL Labs® registered practitioner, please contact us directly and we will help you locate one in your immediate area.
Why does QOL Labs® only sell its products to health care practitioners?
We believe that using supplements should be directed by a knowledgeable health care practitioner who knows his or her patients’ total health status and medical needs.
As a health care practitioner, how do I setup direct-to-patient ordering?
If you are a health care practitioner and would like to allow direct-to-patient ordering, please contact customer service to obtain your practitioner code. Please provide this unique referral code to your patients for all their ordering needs.
Can I sell QOL Labs® products on my website?
Yes. Please refer to QOL Labs® Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy (M.A.P), which outlines our requests for conducting business online. Our primary concern is that no product is listed 20% below the suggested retail price, as designated in writing by QOL Labs®, and that only licensed health care practitioners can distribute product.
Why do I need to sign QOL Labs® M.A.P Policy?
The Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy is a contract between QOL Labs® and the licensed health care purchaser. It outlines how the purchaser should conduct their business practice online when selling QOL Labs® products on the practitioners’ websites. Signing and dating the Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy indicates that the account holder agrees to the terms and conditions listed with respect to an account with QOL Labs®.
How do I qualify for a coupon code?
Coupon codes are generally issued at QOL Labs® health care seminars, lectures, and on-going education events.
What are your customer service hours of operation?
Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (EST). An automated answering service is available for all after-hours ordering. You can also reach us via email at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you require a minimum dollar amount for an order?
We don’t require minimums.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Orders are shipped pre-paid by Discover, MasterCard, VISA, and American Express.
Can I order a product that happens to be on backorder?
Yes, any products that happen to be on backorder may still be added to your initial purchase. As soon as these products become available, we’ll ship them out.
Am I required to charge taxes on product?
Unless we have either a seller’s permit or a signed tax exempt form in our files, we are required by law to charge sales taxes to our customers in states where our products are subject to sales and use tax. All tax-related questions should be directed to your tax advisor. QOL Labs® cannot and does not give tax advice. Please note that each state has its own policies, laws, and practices.
Is everything inside each capsule listed on your products?
Absolutely. Every single ingredient and excipient is accounted and disclosed in its entirety on each and every supplement label we produce.
Do your products contain common allergens?
With a few minor exceptions, all QOL Labs® formulas are free off: wheat, gluten, dairy, corn, and soy products. In fact, none of or formulas contain pine nuts or peanuts. The presence of any known allergen is noted on the supplement facts featured on the products label. We follow all industry standards required by federal law and take this matter very seriously.
What are your capsules made of?
Aside from two soft-gel products, all QOL Labs® formulations utilize vegetarian capsules. All excipients we promote are hypoallergenic, non-animal derived substances.
What’s the best way to take your products?
All ingredients used in our formulas are validated by human studies. Every product features exact dosages consistent with human clinical research. No exceptions, no guessing, no compromises.
Do any of your products require refrigeration?
None of our products require refrigeration, including our probiotic – Bifilon. It is a general recommendation that all dietary supplements should be stored and sealed in a cool, dry place.
How can I get more literature and information?
QOL Labs® offers a large assortment of unique marketing literature you can use to promote our products in your office, including overviews, posters, and patient guides. Download literature directly from the site by clicking on the literature tab featured on each individual product page. If you prefer printed versions, please call customer service directly.
Returns & Exchange Policy
What is your return policy?
We accept resalable merchandise returns purchased within the last 30 days, which requires preauthorization. Merchandise can’t be returned without our prior approval. Please call us for a return authorization. Any claims for shortage or damage must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. No credit will be given to complaints that are received after 30 days from the date of purchase. No refunds or credits will be given on private label items. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we will strive to find a suitable solution.
What is the standard shipping cost for orders?
Standard Fedex Ground Shipping is $10. For international orders, please call customer service for exact shipping rates and scheduling.
Do you offer drop ships to patients?
Yes. Each individual drop ship order carries a $13 flat rate shipping fee. Wholesale pricing is kept confidential and not included with the order.
What is the minimum order amount for free shipping?
Orders totaling $175 or more will ship Fedex Ground at no charge.
How do you ship your orders?
We currently use Fedex as our domestic and international shipping carrier.
Do you ship your products to Canada?
Yes, many of our products are licensed in Canada for distribution. Please contact customer service for purchasing instructions.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipment time depends on your U.S. location—but typically, it takes 2-3 business days. Our distribution warehouse is located in New York.
Can I cancel my product subscription?
Yes, subscription cancellation can be completed in the “my accounts” section of the website.
Will I receive a notice prior to shipment?
No, notifications are made only on new orders or changes to current orders. You can review or change your Auto-ship schedule at any time by going to the “Auto-ship” section of “My Account”.
