The key to healthy joints is healthy cartilage. So if you want to look beyond joint
comfort and joint mobility, it’s important to protect your existing cartilage and help
rebuild new cartilage.
The clinically tested ingredients in Artilast support joint longevity. Artilast™ features ASU (avocado soy unsaponifiables) — a natural ingredient made from avocado and soybean oils that may not only help protect existing cartilage but help rebuild new cartilage — plus joint-supportive vitamins and minerals.*
How It Works
The proposed mechanism of action of ASU is through increasing the synthesis of collagen and
proteoglycan, two components of connective tissue, and inhibiting the release of degradative chemicals.* Population studies have demonstrated an association between healthy joints and adequate levels of vitamin K, vitamin D, and boron. Therefore, Artilast includes dosages of these nutrients high enough to bring blood levels within normal range when taken daily.
